Ocean Fresh was started in 2018 by Muthuvel, a third-generation fisherman from Kanyakumari, who moved to Coimbatore and found that the fish available in city markets was days old and overpriced.
He had a simple idea: partner directly with the boats at the harbour, drive the catch overnight to Coimbatore, and sell it to families the very next morning. No cold-storage. No frozen stock. No compromises.
What started as 10 families and a small van has grown into Coimbatore's most trusted seafood delivery service — 5,000+ customers, 30+ varieties, and the same unbreakable commitment to freshness that Muthuvel started with.

All fish is cleaned in food-safe conditions with fresh water. Our delivery team wears gloves and the packaging is food-grade, leak-proof and insulated.

Our prices follow the live harbour rate — we publish them daily. You'll never pay inflated weekend prices or seasonal markups that aren't genuine.
Sustainable Sourcing
We only source from fishing zones that follow seasonal restrictions. During breeding seasons, we reduce our range and inform customers honestly.
