Free Design Consultation
Meet with one of our experienced design consultants — either in our showroom or at your home (for larger projects). We'll discuss your space dimensions, existing colour palette, style preferences, and budget. You'll leave with a clear furniture plan and a detailed quote.
Product Selection & Customisation
Browse our 500+ piece showroom with your consultant's guidance, or review our digital catalogue. For custom orders, we'll finalise specifications — dimensions, materials, finishes, and upholstery. You'll see a design sketch or 3D preview before we proceed to production.
Order Confirmation & Payment
Once you're happy with your selection and quote, we confirm your order with a 50% advance payment. We'll give you a firm delivery timeline and keep you updated at every stage. For in-stock items, delivery can be as quick as 3 days.
Quality Check & Preparation
Every piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it leaves our showroom or production facility. We check structural integrity, finish quality, mechanism functionality, and accurate dimensions. Only pieces that pass our checklist get packed for delivery.
Delivery & Professional Assembly
Our trained delivery and assembly team arrives within the agreed time window. They carefully carry furniture into your home, assemble every piece using the correct tools, and place it exactly where you want it. All packaging is collected and disposed of — we leave your home cleaner than we found it.
Walkthrough, Handover & After-Sales
Before we leave, we do a complete walkthrough with you — demonstrating any adjustable mechanisms, sharing care instructions, and confirming you're 100% satisfied. The remaining 50% payment is collected on delivery. After that, we're just a call away for any questions, support, or warranty claims.
