Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time by speaking to our front desk or calling us. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual membership discounts?
Yes! Pay for 10 months and get 12 — that's 2 months completely free on any plan when you pay annually. Contact us for annual payment options and the effective monthly rate.
Is there a family or couple discount?
Yes. Couples get 10% off when both join the same plan, and family plans (3+ members) receive 15% off the total. Ask at the front desk or WhatsApp us for family plan pricing.
